In order to help the Village Hall facilitate a regular booking, which will help them financially with running costs, the Parish Council have moved their meeting nights. They will normally now be on the last Thursday of the month, but during the settling in period, we may have to move them around in light of councilors and clerk existing regular commitments. The next meeting will be on Tuesday 23rd July- we hope to see you there
The draft minutes are now available on the Minutes page Click to go to page
All residents welcome to attend the next meeting- where the council will be discussing, amongst other issues, a Vision for the future, and possible meeting date movement

The tickets will be available from 9am, Monday 3rd June, and based on last year will go very quickly. They usually cost £170.Local parishioners can have up to a maximum of 4 adult tickets at a cost of just £5 per ticket. They will be charged for any children/young peoples tickets they select but can have as many free infant (under 5s) tickets as they require. The 2019 Greenbelt festival runs from 23rd – 26th August at Boughton House.
Please direct your parishioners to our Box Office – this is the direct link https://greenbelt.ticketsolve.com/shows
Once on our Box Office page, they should click on Weekend Tickets. On that page there is a box for entering promotional codes. If they enter GB19LOCAL5 in the box then it will display a new ticket type, called Local Weekend Ticket. They can select up to four of these for just £5 each, add in any child/youth tickets they require and confirm their booking.
If they would like to find out more about the festival and the many artists that will be appearing, they can do so here: https://www.greenbelt.org.uk/
