Planning Applications

Two applications have been received by the Parish Council

1. KET/2017/0250    16 Rectory Hill   Listed building consent Replacement of windows and door to ground floor rear. Installation of oil central heating and boiler and siting of oil tank in rear garden. Removal of brick built wall to front of store. Replacement bathroom, including relocation of doorway, reopen bricked up window and installation of air extractor. Replacement kitchen including air extractor and boiler. Replace all non-original internal doors. Additional wiring and power points throughout. Porch canopy repair. Remove fire surround to expose inglenook fireplace and installation of wood burner
Expiry date for comments 17th July
2. KET/2017/0481    Detached Bungalow- 2 Cranford Rd
Expiry date for comments 19th July
Both of these applications will be discussed by the council at the next meeting on
the 12th July
