Dear Parish Councillor,
As you will be aware Northamptonshire Council will soon be closing Junction 10 off the A14, the route our festival traffic usually takes. We are in ongoing conversations with the Council to agree alternative routing and will update you as soon as that is agreed. Please be assured that we are working hard to keep any disturbance to you and your parish to a minimum.
Should any local residents have questions during Greenbelt Festival we have a Local Residents Contact Line available from Monday 19th August until the end of the festival. The number is 01536 676 011 and I would appreciate it if you could circulate it as appropriate. Prior to that your parishioners should be able to find all the information they require regarding festival content, tickets etc on our website http://www.greenbelt.org.uk/ Local residents remain eligible for discounts on day tickets.
Please note date for the next Parish Council meeting- still at 7pm at Cranford Village Hall

In order to help the Village Hall facilitate a regular booking, which will help them financially with running costs, the Parish Council have moved their meeting nights. They will normally now be on the last Thursday of the month, but during the settling in period, we may have to move them around in light of councilors and clerk existing regular commitments. The next meeting will be on Tuesday 23rd July- we hope to see you there
